Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal (1,340m). Transfer to your hotel and relax after your international flight.

Day 2: Explore the rich cultural heritage of Kathmandu through a guided sightseeing tour. Prepare for the trek by purchasing any last-minute gear.

Day 3: Take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 meters), a gateway to the Everest region. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayas. After landing, trek to Chhukung (3,020 meters).

Day 4: Challenge yourself with a trek from Chhukung to Thuli Kharka via the Zatrawala Pass (4,600 meters). This day offers stunning mountain panoramas.

Day 5: Continue your trek from Thuli Kharka to Kothe.

Day 6: Hike from Kothe to Thangnak, gradually gaining altitude and acclimatizing to the higher environment.

Day 7: Reach Khare, a beautiful village nestled amidst majestic peaks. Take a well-deserved rest and enjoy the scenery.

Day 8: Khare serves as an acclimatization day. Explore the surroundings, relax, and allow your body to adjust to the increasing altitude.

Day 9: Embark on a trek from Khare to Mera La Pass (5,400 meters), a challenging yet rewarding ascent.

Day 10: Descend from Mera La Pass to Seto Pokhari, a picturesque campsite with a serene lake.

Day 11: Seto Pokhari marks the starting point for your trek to Baruntse Base Camp (around 5,600 meters).

Day 12-23: Spend dedicated days acclimatizing, setting up camps, and finally, pushing for the summit of Baruntse (7,129 meters). This period will involve technical climbing under the guidance of our experienced Sherpa team. Please note: Specific details of climbing days will be provided in a separate pre-departure briefing.

Day 24: After a successful summit push, descend back to Base Camp and begin dismantling camps.

Day 25: Retrace your steps from Base Camp to Seto Pokhari.

Day 26: Hike back to Mera La Pass, enjoying the surrounding beauty for a final time.

Day 27: Descend from Mera La Pass to Thangnak.

Day 28: Continue your descent from Thangnak to Kothe.

Day 29: Trek from Kothe to Thuli Kharka.

Day 30: Descend to Lukla, celebrating your achievements with your fellow trekkers.

  • Logistics & Permits: We’ll handle all the necessary paperwork for your climb, including National Park fees, TIMS fee, and the Baruntse climbing permit.

  • Transportation: Enjoy scenic private bus journeys for all ground transportation within Nepal.

  • Accommodation:

    • Relax in comfortable Kathmandu hotels with breakfast for your first 4 nights.
    • Experience the local culture with stays in teahouse lodges during the trek.
    • We’ll provide comfortable tented accommodation at Baruntse Base Camp.
  • Meals: Stay fueled throughout the expedition with delicious and nutritious meals provided daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Vegetarian options are always available.
